Have you ever joined another team to help fill out a roster? Are you a “promiscuous paddler?” Join us for an informal roundtable discussion with the members of the American Dragon Boat Association on the benefits and pitfalls of joining other teams besides your regular paddling group.
Questions to get us started:
- What are some tips for connecting with other teams you might want to paddle with?
- What is your club/team culture around paddling with other teams/clubs?
- How can you be a good addition to any team?
